We understand that our customers need
to feel comfortable about shopping online. That's why we have
a return policy that's second to none. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
simply states: If any amossport.com product ever fails to
perform to your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund,
replacement or credit.
If you are not satisfied with an item
that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30
days of delivery for:
• a full refund
of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or
other charges.
• a product
exchange
The item must be returned in new and
unused condition, to insure full credit. "New and unused"
means that there are no signs of wear on the product, all
labels attached and the product must not have been sized or
altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item
with any indication that it has been used. Returns received
after 30 days are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. If an order
is returned after 30 days and accepted in our warehouse, only
store credit will be issued (minus the 25% re-stocking fee).
On sale items
Items offered at more than 25% off original
price can be exchanged for a different size, item or store
credit only. No refunds will be given.
Re-stocking fees
Due to high returning expenses a 10%
restocking fee applies on returns over $400.00 No restocking
fees are applied to lower value returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective
item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24
hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from
your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your
e-mail address and phone number. amossport.com will make every
reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order
and contact our Customer
Service immediately. Please have your order number available
when you contact Customer Service.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible
for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose
a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will
be credited when amossport.com has received and processed
your return.
Typically, within 7-10business days after the item is delivered
back to amossport.com .

Print and fill out the Product
Satisfaction Form. Simply state whether you would like
a credit or an exchange and return to us via UPS or USPS Mail.
If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package.

Return freight charges must be covered
by the customer. For your protection, we suggest you to insure
for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package
tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered
mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or Federal Express
In case of product exchange, amossport.com will cover the
cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
If you choose a refund, we will email
you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card.
Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit"
to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two
billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
